In the first 6 months of the year, Party committees at all levels inspected 1,178 Party organizations and 1,903 Party members. The inspection concluded that 1,827 Party members performed well and 88 Party members had violations.

Party committees at all levels also supervised 704 organizations and 1,579 party members. The monitoring results showed that 673 party organizations and 1,500 party members performed well, discovered 31 party organizations with signs of violations and 79 party members with shortcomings and violations, and transferred 17 organizations and 37 party members to inspection when there were signs of violations. Party committees at all levels disciplined 11 party organizations, including 10 forms of reprimand and 1 form of warning. Party committees disciplined 307 party members, including 323 reprimands, 61 warnings, and 6 expulsions.

The delegates discussed the difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing inspection and supervision work at the grassroots level. On that basis, they made recommendations and proposals to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to have a good orientation for the key tasks of inspection and supervision work in the coming time.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee said that in the near future, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee will issue regulations on monitoring localities to link the responsibilities of inspection committees at all levels with the grassroots.

Comrade Le Hong Vinh requested the Grassroots Inspection Committee to proactively implement the 2017 inspection and supervision program of Party committees and inspection committees at all levels. At the same time, proactively advise the Party committees on the 2018 inspection and supervision program.

Focus on innovating methods of propaganda, publicizing inspection, supervision and disciplinary results according to regulations, contributing to the fight against, prevention, education, deterrence and suppression of violations. Strengthen training and professional development in inspection and supervision for Party committee officials, leaders of Party committees and offices, and inspection committees at all levels with content and forms suitable for each specific subject.
