* According to the report of the Department of Tourism, during the 5-day holiday of April 30 and May 1,Nghe An province welcomed and served about 950,000 tourists.(equal to 122% compared to 2023), of which, the number of guests staying is estimated at 350,000. The average room occupancy rate is over 90%. Total tourism revenue is estimated at over 1,700 billion VND.
* According to the Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on the day and night of May 1, Nghe An area is likely to have thunderstorms. With the motto "green house is better than old field", farmers in Yen Thanh district are activelyrice harvest raceto avoid storms and minimize damage.
