On July 15, in Vinh City, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Central Propaganda Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee jointly organized the Scientific Workshop: "Comrade Nguyen Duy Trinh - A typical senior leader of the Party and Vietnamese revolution" and the 110th anniversary of the birth of Comrade Nguyen Duy Trinh (July 15, 1910 - July 15, 2020).

*Cafternoon 14/7,Standing Committee of the Document Subcommittee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Congress worked with the working delegation of the Editorial Team of the 13th National Party Congress Socio-Economic Subcommitteeto collect comments on the draft political report of the 18th Provincial Party Executive Committee, to be submitted to the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

Many opinions at the meeting contributed to the Provincial Party Congress Document Subcommittee to absorb, supplement and complete the Documents in preparation for the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term.

*Cafternoon 14/7,Dien Chau District Party Committeeorganized the opening session of the 31st District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

The congress will focus on determining appropriate directions, setting out goals, tasks, and solutions to strive for Dien Chau to develop rapidly, comprehensively, and sustainably, and to remain in the top ranks of Nghe An province. According to the program, the official session of the 31st Congress of the Dien Chau District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, will open tomorrow morning, July 15, 2020.

*HThe drought continues to be severe.in the province, causing fish to dry up and die in some localities. According to the reporter of Nghe An Newspaper, the water level in Cam River, through Nghi Loc District (Nghe An) dropped to a record low. Aquatic products such as fish, snails, clams... died all over the river.

Previously, on July 13, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu announced a natural disaster situation due to heat and drought in Nghe An province.

*TIn another development, there are currently 1,300 people working onquarantine to prevent Covid-19 epidemicin Nghe An province.

The Nghe An Provincial Military Command said that, implementing the plan of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nghe An Province, in phase 2, as of 6:00 a.m. on July 14, 2020, Nghe An has received and quarantined a total of 4,443 people to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic. Of which, 3,553 are men, 890 are women; 1,075 are Lao students. Currently, 1,397 people are quarantined at 13 locations.

The Department requires centers not to organize or rent or lend locations to organize extra classes or cultural learning; not to integrate cultural teaching programs into life skills education activities and extracurricular activities in any form.

For foreign language centers, KNS centers and HĐNGCK, strictly implement regulations on enrollment and organize training according to the program at locations in the Decision on permission for educational activities.

*Nrice paper boiler, the older sister died, the younger brother was seriously injured. The heartbreaking incident happened at around 9:00 a.m. on July 14, at the rice paper making village in Block 7, Do Luong Town.

The explosion occurred at the kiosk of Ms. Vo Thi Hien. At the time of the explosion, two sisters were removing rice paper from the conveyor belt. The extremely strong pressure of the exploding gas cylinder killed the older sister Dinh Thi Thao (21 years old) and seriously injured her younger brother Dinh Cao Nguyen (18 years old).
