*TBased on the confirmed test results of the provincial Center for Disease Control, on June 21, Nghe An Department of Health announced6 more positive caseswith SARS-CoV-2 virus. Notably, among the cases detected in the morning, there was 1 case in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district.

*LRegarding the newly discovered case in Kim Lien, on the morning of June 21, the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nghe An province held an urgent meeting with the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nam Dan district.

The leaders of the Provincial Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control requested Nam Dan district and relevant agencies tofastest investigation and tracingrelated F1s; temporarily block off some areas to collect samples for large-scale testing. The health sector immediately conducts rapid testing for F1s in close contact; temporarily suspends outpatient examination and treatment activities at Nam Dan District Medical Center to rapidly test all medical staff, especially in the clinic area. The health sector needs to coordinate with the provincial police to widely announce the patient's destinations.
