July 24thComrade Mai Van Chinh- Members of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Prime Minister, along with the Central working group and provincial leaders, continued to inspect and direct the response and recovery efforts following the floods in Con Cuong commune; they also visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to share in the difficulties and losses of the people of Nghe An province.

* On July 24th, due to heavy rains and floods completely cutting off and isolating many mountainous communes in western Nghe An province, the Ministry of National Defense mobilized resources.Two helicopters carrying tens of tons of cargo.Essential supplies took off from Vinh airport to urgently deliver supplies to the people.
