The first meeting of the Steering Committee was held to focus on reviewing the leadership and direction of sectors and localities in responding to and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters; clarifying limitations, shortcomings, difficulties, obstacles, and orientations for the last months of the year as well as the coming period in the spirit of "6 clear": clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear authority, and clear results.
