*SOctober 29, Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committeeregular meetingOctober 2020 listened to and gave opinions on many important contents. Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee agreed with the draft Plan to organize the study, dissemination and implementation of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. The Provincial Party Standing Committee approved the policy of implementing the Project "Nghe An Geography in the Contemporary Context" with 3 books and commented on the draft Plan to implement Decision 827/QD-TTg dated June 12, 2020 of the Prime Minister on the Project to develop Vinh City into an economic - cultural center of the North Central region by 2023.

*SOn October 29, the Government held an online conference with ministries, agencies and localities onimplementation and disbursement statusODA programs and projects. Accordingly, sectors, ministries and localities are responsible to the Prime Minister for allocating sufficient counterpart funds for ODA programs and projects this year. Find legal sources to balance, including land revenue to ensure ODA capital disbursement.

The Prime Minister assigned that after this conference, each ministry, each industry, each province and city must meet to review, clarify responsibilities, and resolve difficulties for each project.
