* On the afternoon of March 7th,The government, in coordination with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, organized an online conference.Local authorities have been thoroughly briefed on and implemented several laws and resolutions passed at the 9th Extraordinary Session of the 15th National Assembly.
Speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that the remaining decrees and circulars be finalized and issued by March 2025, or at the latest by April 2025, to provide guidance and detailed regulations for the implementation of laws and resolutions passed at the 9th Extraordinary Session of the 15th National Assembly.

*According to the report presented at the February regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee,State budget revenue collection situationIn the first two months of 2025, Nghe An province achieved 4,814 billion VND, equivalent to 27.2% of the provincial People's Council's budget estimate, and 106.6% compared to the same period in 2024.
Of this total, domestic revenue reached 4,608 billion VND; revenue from import and export activities was 192 billion VND; and revenue from mobilized and funded planning sources was 14 billion VND.
