On the side of Military Region 4, there was Major General Nguyen Duc Hoa - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region.

51 years ago, at 9:47 a.m. on September 2, 1969 (July 21, Ky Dau year), our beloved Uncle Ho passed away. His passing left behind endless sorrow for the entire Party, the entire people and friends around the world.

51 years have passed since Uncle Ho passed away, but his love and infinite nostalgia are still deeply imprinted in the minds and emotions of his compatriots, comrades, the Vietnamese people and friends around the world.

The Party Committee and people of Nghe An and Nam Dan will forever remember and engrave in their hearts his great gratitude and his deep affection for his homeland.

Comrade Nguyen Ba Hao - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications, Head of the Inspection Board of the Provincial Journalists Association for the term 2015 - 2020 continued to be elected to hold the position of Head of the Inspection Board of Nghe An Provincial Journalists Association, term 2020 - 2025.

The Congress also elected 6 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 11th Congress of Vietnam Journalists Association, term 2020 - 2025.

*SOn September 8, the Ministry of Home Affairs held an online conference on the implementation ofProject 513 implementationon "Completing and modernizing administrative boundary records and maps and building a database on administrative boundaries" and arranging district and commune-level administrative units according to Resolution No. 32/NQ-CP dated May 14, 2019 of the Government.

At the conference, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs of Nghe An province affirmed that the arrangement of redundant cadres and civil servants needs more time, according to the gradual reduction roadmap set by the Central Government. From there, it is recommended that the Central Government allow Nghe An to extend the time to resolve the number of redundant cadres until 2025 according to the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

*DIn order to promptly accompany businesses during difficult times, the People's Committee of Cua Lo Town held a meeting with units and authorities of wards and agreed.30% tax reductionin 2020 for 200 coastal restaurant and eatery businesses.

Along with the tax reduction, the town also extended the deadline for paying taxes and fees by one month to give businesses more time to do business. Up to now, the collection of these fees has basically ensured the assigned progress because of the high consensus of the people.

*NThe new school year has begun, and most teachers across the province are comfortable with their daily lesson plans. But in remote and difficult areas, there are still students absent from class, and teachers still have toclimb mountain pass, wade stream to village, hoping to bring them to class for a brighter future.

Mr. Phan Van Thiet - Head of the Department of Education and Training of Ky Son district said: "Initially, compared to previous years, the number of students absent from school at the beginning of the new school year has decreased significantly. However, due to remote areas, there are still some students who have not attended school, we are currently directing schools to continue to encourage parents to create conditions for their children to attend class fully."

*B4 cousins ​​urgentlyhuge drug trafficking. Vinh City Police have just coordinated with professional units of Nghe An Police, Thanh Thuy Border Guard Station and related units to break up a case of buying, storing and illegally transporting a huge amount of drugs, arresting 4 subjects.

It is noteworthy that all four subjects in the above mentioned drug trafficking, storage and transportation ring are related by blood and are all drug addicts. The investigation is currently continuing to expand.

*16Primary school students in Vinh citybee sting hospitalizedemergency. The incident took place on the morning of September 8, during recess, a group of students at Nghi Phu Primary School were accidentally attacked by a beehive, causing many children to be hospitalized.

The reason was that in the school yard there was a mango tree with many fruits. During recess, some students used their sandals to throw the mangoes up to the tree, causing them to fall down. A beehive accidentally flew out and stung the students (before that, neither the school nor the students knew there was a beehive on the mango tree).
