*SOn September 8, the Ministry of Home Affairs held an online conference on the implementation ofProject 513 implementationon "Completing and modernizing administrative boundary records and maps and building a database on administrative boundaries" and arranging district and commune-level administrative units according to Resolution No. 32/NQ-CP dated May 14, 2019 of the Government.

At the conference, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs of Nghe An province affirmed that the arrangement of redundant cadres and civil servants needs more time, according to the gradual reduction roadmap set by the Central Government. From there, it is recommended that the Central Government allow Nghe An to extend the time to resolve the number of redundant cadres until 2025 according to the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

*DIn order to promptly accompany businesses during difficult times, the People's Committee of Cua Lo Town held a meeting with units and authorities of wards and agreed.30% tax reductionin 2020 for 200 coastal restaurant and eatery businesses.

Along with the tax reduction, the town also extended the deadline for paying taxes and fees by one month to give businesses more time to do business. Up to now, the collection of these fees has basically ensured the assigned progress because of the high consensus of the people.

*16Primary school students in Vinh citybee sting hospitalizedemergency. The incident took place on the morning of September 8, during recess, a group of students at Nghi Phu Primary School were accidentally attacked by a beehive, causing many children to be hospitalized.

The reason was that in the school yard there was a mango tree with many fruits. During recess, some students used their sandals to throw the mangoes up to the tree, causing them to fall down.
