Nghe An: State budget revenue in 2022 exceeds the set target.
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the results of the 2022 survey assessing the satisfaction level of individuals and organizations, the Nghe An State Treasury ranked 3rd nationwide, an increase of 2 places compared to 2021.
On the morning of December 23rd, the Nghe An Provincial Treasury held a conference to summarize its work in 2022 and plan for 2023. Attending the conference were Mr. Bui Thanh An, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives from various units in the finance sector; and officials and employees of the Provincial Treasury.

With the goal and motto for action in 2022, "Continuing to tighten discipline and order, upholding the responsibility of unit leaders; strengthening the application of information technology, aiming towards the initial implementation of digital transformation in some operational activities and internal management; continuing to streamline the organizational structure and improve service quality," the Nghe An State Treasury has achieved many positive results.

Accordingly, the unit has proactively coordinated closely with revenue collection agencies in the area to effectively manage budget revenue and expenditure; ensuring absolute safety of money and assets. It has strictly controlled and processed state budget expenditures, minimizing control time and preventing the accumulation of unexplained delayed files. It has proactively coordinated with departments, agencies, and budget-using units, urging investors and project management boards to accelerate the disbursement of investment capital; promptly meeting the spending needs of budget-using units. It has also promoted and improved the quality of receiving and processing applications through online public services.
According to data reported by the Nghe An Provincial State Treasury, in 2022, state budget revenue exceeded the set target: 20,114 billion VND/14,997 billion VND, reaching 134.12% of the plan; recurrent expenditure was controlled at 24,520 billion VND, reaching 89% of the budget; capital investment expenditure reached 12,643 billion VND, reaching 62% of the planned capital, of which, local budget capital managed by the province was disbursed at 9,669 billion VND, reaching 60% of the plan.

The State Treasury also performed its duties well.administrative reformPromote the effective implementation of the one-stop shop model with a single transaction officer; be proactive and decisive in the implementation of online public services; direct the implementation of solutions for remote monitoring, strengthen inspection and supervision of the receipt and processing of administrative procedures; promote the application of information technology in management and direction.
According to the survey results assessing the satisfaction level of individuals and organizations with the services of the State Treasury in 2022 (conducted by the State Treasury), the Nghe An State Treasury ranked 3rd nationwide, an increase of 2 places compared to 2021.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa, Director of the Nghe An Provincial State Treasury, outlined the tasks for 2023 with key priorities such as: Striving to achieve 100% of the targets assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and the State Treasury; Strengthening inspection and supervision of the receipt and processing of administrative procedures in the control of state budget expenditures; Organizing the implementation of financial and asset management and internal capital construction in a cost-effective, efficient, and compliant manner, serving the assigned professional and political tasks well.
This includes focusing on promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, improving the quality of expenditure control through online public services, and strictly implementing the one-stop process in transactions at the State Treasury; changing the service method, putting citizens and budget-using units at the center, and using the satisfaction of individuals and organizations as a measure of the level of task completion of State Treasury units.

At the same time, it emphasized that to contribute to the efforts of the Party Committee, government, and people of Nghe An province in achieving the socio-economic development goals for 2023, the Nghe An State Treasury needs to focus on the following: Developing an action plan that is accurate, appropriate to the situation, functions, and tasks of the unit, ensuring the successful implementation of assigned political tasks; Strictly implementing state budget management; Providing timely advice to the Party Committee and local government on the management of state budget revenue and expenditure, meeting the requirements of budget management and operation at all levels; Continuing to effectively implement administrative reform and improve the quality of expenditure control through online public services.

On this occasion, 2 individuals were awarded the Labor Order by the President; 3 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister; 1 collective received the Emulation Flag from the Ministry of Finance and 1 collective received the Emulation Flag from the Provincial People's Committee.
