Nghe An: Land use fee collection in the first quarter reached over 1,200 billion VND

In Yen Thanh district, from the beginning of 2022 until now, the districtYen Thanhcollected 212 billion VND in land use rights fees, reaching 96.31% of the estimate assigned by the province. Among them, many communes collected high fees from land auctions, such as Bac Thanh commune collected over 70 billion VND, Tang Thanh commune over 30 billion VND...

Dien Chau district also achieved quite high, up to this point the revenue fromland use feereached 214 billion VND, in which many communes achieved high revenue such as Dien Phuc commune 60 billion VND, Dien Loi over 30 billion VND... Some other localities had high revenue from land use rights such as Cua Lo town over 60 billion VND, Do Luong district over 250 billion VND...

According to the representative of the Finance Department of Yen Thanh district, the reason for the recent increase in land prices is due to the synchronous investment in auctioned land infrastructure, not to mention the effects from projects that have been invested in or are about to be implemented, causing the land segment to heat up.

According to the report of Nghe An Tax Department, from the beginning of 2022 to now, Nghe An's revenue from land use fees has been quite high, over 1,200 billion VND, reaching 35%, mainly from the high revenue from land use rights auction. Districts with high revenue from land use fees include Dien Chau, Do Luong, Yen Thanh, Quynh Luu, Hung Nguyen...

Efforts to cut 'brokers' and plug loopholes in land auctions in Nghe An

(Baonghean) - The situation of "land brokers" in land auction activities has decreased recently but still occurs. Many solutions are being implemented to cut down on the problem of "land brokers", ensure the rights of people in need and increase revenue for the State.

Limiting 'brokers' from land auctions by indirect voting

(Baonghean) - Up to now, in the province, there have been 11 districts, cities and towns piloting land auctions by indirect secret ballot. This activity has initially created positive changes, but in reality there are still limitations and inadequacies that need to be studied, revised and supplemented soon.
