In general, the 2017 Tet bonus plan of enterprises in Nghe An province did not have many changes compared to 2016. No enterprise gave Tet bonuses to employees in kind and enterprises paid bonuses mainly focused on the 2017 Lunar New Year.

The average bonus that businesses give to employees during the Lunar New Year is 3.9 - 4.2 million VND/person; the highest is 63 million VND/person, the lowest is 200,000 VND/person.

In which, the block of companies with State capital ownership, the highest bonus is 40 million VND/person, average 4.1 million VND/person, lowest is 200 VND/person.

For enterprises with controlling shares and capital contributions from the State, the highest bonus is 50 million VND/person; the average is 4.2 million VND/person, the lowest is 2 million VND/person.

The highest bonus in the private enterprise sector is 15 million VND, the average is 3.9 million VND/person, the lowest is 1 million VND/person.

FDI enterprises have an average bonus of 4.1 million VND/person, the lowest is 250 thousand VND/person.
