Nghe An: Decision to appoint Vice Principal of Provincial Political School was handed over

Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's committees; Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc; Department of Home Affairs.

At the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son presented Decision No. 2389 dated November 5, 2018 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee appointing comrade Duong Thanh Binh - Head of the Party Building Department, Provincial Political School to hold the position of Vice Principal of the Provincial Political School.

Presenting flowers to congratulate comrade Duong Thanh Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son assessed comrade Duong Thanh Binh as a well-trained cadre with qualifications and management capacity; good pedagogical skills, deep understanding of theory, strong political will; always upholding the spirit of exemplary and responsible in assigned work.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that the appointment of Comrade Duong Thanh Binh as Vice Principal demonstrates his own efforts and the care and training of cadres of the Provincial Political School; it has important significance for perfecting the organizational structure and improving the quality and efficiency of the school's work.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that in his new position, Comrade Duong Thanh Binh will continue to make efforts, constantly improve his professional qualifications, management capacity, qualities, and political mettle; actively promote his own intelligence and experience, and unite with the Board of Directors, staff, and lecturers to successfully complete the tasks; and build the Provincial Political School into one of the leading units in the national political school system.

In his acceptance speech, the new Vice Principal Duong Thanh Binh hoped that the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee would continue to pay attention and help the school complete its tasks; the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the school's staff would support, agree, and share to perform well in their new positions, contributing to the development of the Provincial Political School.
