(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 27, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a Conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Directive 03 - CT/T.TW of the Politburo, praising typical examples of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example in the period 2011 - 2016.

The summary report on the implementation of Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo (11th tenure) on continuing to promote studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh presented by comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department affirmed: After 5 years of implementing Directive 03, important initial results have been achieved, contributing positively to the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) on "Some urgent issues in Party building at present", gradually preventing the degradation of political ideology, morality and lifestyle of a number of cadres and party members.

The implementation and organization of Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo was carried out methodically, promptly and seriously. Inspection and supervision work was focused on. In particular, many campaigns, movements, good models, good and specific and practical ways of doing things on "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" were continued.

Notably, the movement of each agency and unit receiving support for poor communes of the Provincial People's Committee has had a strong influence. Up to now, 108 units have received support for 110 poor communes with a total mobilized value of more than 232,487 billion VND.

In particular, the organization of cadres to register to strive and practice in some places is still formal, lacking assessment and inspection. The implementation of regulations on the responsibility of leaders in some units and localities is not drastic and lacks a mechanism to monitor self-cultivation and practice...
