Witnesses to the incident said: At the above time, a motorbike with license plate 37P1-27852 driven by a man about 40 years old (identity not yet determined) was traveling in the direction of Thanh Hoa - Vinh, when reaching the area of ​​Quynh Thien ward, Hoang Mai town, it collided with a truck with license plate 61R-08311.
