In addition to the number of inter-provincial passenger buses that are not registered on fixed routes but still run to Ky Son and Tuong Duong districts (QL7A route) to pick up passengers, according to reports, this situation also appears in Que Phong and Quy Chau districts on QL48 route.

In fact, in recent years, in the face of the situation of passenger vehicles not registered on fixed routes but running beyond the route, competing for passengers, causing disorder in traffic safety, the Nghe An Department of Transport has also taken action to revoke the badges of vehicles licensed by the province and sent a request to revoke the badges to the Department of Transport of the provinces where the vehicles violated the regulations. However, the above situation has not been thoroughly handled.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Chief Inspector of Nghe An Department of Transport added that after the Lunar New Year 2022, the Traffic Inspectorate has arranged 3 working groups to increase patrolling, controlling and handling violations on both National Highway 48 and National Highway 7A. In particular, on National Highway 7A, 2 working groups are assigned to work in Ky Son, Tuong Duong and Con Cuong districts.

Since Tet, the Traffic Inspectorate has penalized more than 20 cases of vehicles exceeding the route, including 12 cases of vehicles licensed by the Nghe An Department of Transport. The remaining cases, due to their license plates being registered outside the province, the Nghe An Department of Transport has also sent notices to the provincial Departments of Transport to request the revocation of the badges.
Recently, on February 15, 2022, the Department of Transport also issued Document No. 405/SGTVT/TTr to Nghe An Provincial Police and People's Committees of districts and towns requesting the direction of the Traffic Police Department and the Police of districts and towns to strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations of order and traffic safety of passenger transport vehicles by car in the area.
