On the morning of September 25, Nghe An Children's Support Fund coordinated with Vietnam Children's Support Fund, Generali Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited and Hoa Sen Kindergarten (Vinh city) to organize the Community Education Program "Giving birth to children, giving birth to fathers" in 2022.
Attending the program were representatives of the Vietnam Children's Fund, Generali Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Education and Training, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union... The program had the participation of Meritorious ArtistXuan Bac- Goodwill Ambassador of Vietnam Children's Protection Fund.

The program "Giving birth to children, giving birth to fathers" in Nghe An province focuses on discussing practical and useful child-rearing topics such as how to handle sick children, strengthening children's immune systems, setting an example for children, and regularly encouraging and motivating children.
These contents belong to 3 main topic groups of "Giving birth to children, giving birth to fathers" about intellectual development (Growing up with children), behavior (Behaving with children) and health (Living well with children) of children from 0 - 6 years old.

At the program, the Organizing Committee screened a series of new skits with many attractive and useful parenting contents, aiming to promote and further spread knowledge of raising and caring for children to a large number of families with young children.

The program's Organizing Committee also presented 320 gifts to children, 320 sets of program documents to parents, 30 gifts and special financial support to 30 families in especially difficult circumstances in Nghe An.
In his welcoming speech, the leader of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs expressed his gratitude and appreciation for organizing this meaningful program in Nghe An; at the same time, he also stated: Currently, in the province, there are still more than 13,000 children in especially difficult circumstances who need care and help.

Nghe An hopes that organizations, units, businesses, and philanthropists inside and outside the province will continue to support and accompany the Provincial Children's Support Fund to expand its arms of compassion, care, and help children in especially difficult circumstances in the coming time.

The Community Education Program “Giving birth to children, giving birth to fathers” is part of the activities of the organization “The Human Safety Net”, which is implemented globally. In Vietnam, the program is compiled and developed by Generali Vietnam and the Vietnam Children's Fund with reference materials from the United Nations Children's Fund. The program targets families with children from 0 to 6 years old with the goal of sharing knowledge, experience and parenting skills, helping children grow up and develop their potential in the loving arms of their family and community.
To date, the program has benefited approximately 5,000 parents, children, teachers, and preschool staff through workshops held across the country. The program has also attracted millions of followers, interactions, and positive comments on social media platforms.
