The art of negotiation is transferred to the CEO

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 23 in Vinh City, Nghe An University of Economics in collaboration with Nghe An Investment Promotion and Development Consulting Center, Top Olympia Business School, organized the closing ceremony of the Intensive Business Administration Training Course - Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This is the 2nd CEO class of the plan to train Nghe An province's businessmen in association with improving integration competitiveness in 2016, the 8th class of the Project to train Nghe An province's businessmen in the period 2012-2015 with a view to 2020.

After nearly 3 months of implementation, with 28 sessions on Saturdays and Sundays, 55 students participating in the course have studied 7 topics. Participating in this training session, business officers are equipped and transferred with skills such as: Corporate culture, leadership and human resource management, brand management and marketing, presentation skills and meeting organization for leaders, change management, tax knowledge, accounting for CEOs, CEOs with the art of negotiation.

The course has equipped the team of businesses and entrepreneurs in the province with essential knowledge and skills to be able to plan business strategies, be dynamic, adapt to changes in the business environment, have enough capacity and qualifications to lead and manage businesses to operate with high quality and competitiveness, meeting the requirements of regional and world economic integration.

With the transfer of experts and researchers in the business field, students acquire a lot of valuable knowledge and experience to successfully apply to the production and business practices of each enterprise and unit; at the same time, build an increasingly strong team of entrepreneurs in Nghe An province, create more jobs for workers and contribute to the economic and social development of the province.
