Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Committee not only has many new points, but for the first time, the 12th Central Committee of the Party has systematized the manifestations of degradation, specifically 27 manifestations of degradation in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, "self-evolution", and "self-transformation" within the Party.
