Nghia Dan successfully auctioned 153 land lots

(Baonghean.vn) - In the past 10 months, Nghia Dan district has completed its land auction target, estimated to achieve 50 billion VND in 2018.

According to the report of the Land Use Rights Registration Office of Nghia Dan district: Since the beginning of the year, Nghia Dan has planned and successfully organized auctions for 153 land lots, of which 75 are in the Nghia Dan town planning area; the remaining 78 land lots are in the communes of Nghia Binh, Nghia Hoi, Nghia Tan, Nghia Lam and Nghia Loc.

According to Mr. Le Viet Phu - Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Nghia Dan district said:

The Department will closely coordinate with local authorities to review surplus land funds and land funds suitable for residential planning to guide people and convert land use purposes according to regulations;Develop a specific plan on the order and time for handling records, land recovery procedures, and site clearance for residential land funds to organize auctions.The subdivision is suitable for each subject, with an area of 220 - 250 m2, the highest price is 886 million VND/lot, the lowest price is 80 million VND/lot, so it is suitable for many people who need to buy land.

Setting the starting price close to the market price; the order and procedures for registering to buy documents, information about land plots... are posted publicly and transparently for people to learn and make decisions. These are also extremely important conditions to help the district successfully organize land auctions.
