Nghia Dan implements the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 18, Nghia Dan District Party Committee held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015-2020.
Nearly 200 comrades attended the conference, including members of the District Party Committee, heads and deputy heads of departments and unions at the district level, and secretaries and deputy secretaries of 55 grassroots party organizations in the district.

At the conference, delegates listened to reporters disseminate three topics of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress: topics on socio-economics, national defense and security; foreign affairs, Party building and political system; directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2015-2020 period.
Accordingly, the focus will be on developing key infrastructure; economic zones, industrial parks and industrial clusters; agriculture, forestry and fishery associated with modern processing industry, restructuring the agricultural sector; developing culture - tourism and strengthening national defense to ensure security; building a strong Party and political system.

Regarding Party building and the political system, it is necessary to further promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example; Party building and rectification work in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure); Directive 17 and Project 07 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Improve the quality of propaganda work and orient public opinion, fight, prevent and repel manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation", and defeat all plots and activities of "peaceful evolution" of hostile forces.
Based on the contents that have been thoroughly grasped and the local reality, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee requests that Party committees, authorities, and organizations base on the action program, develop programs, plans, and projects of their units, widely disseminate them to cadres, party members, and the masses, creating high consensus and solidarity to successfully implement the Resolution set forth by the congress. Regularly inspect and urge the quality and results of work, and promptly draw lessons.
