Not having enough money to pay, Tuan told the shop owner to leave his younger brother’s motorbike and come back later to redeem it, then left. Two days later, Tuan borrowed another 3 million VND from the shop owner and spent it all on games. Out of money, Tuan went home to get his younger brother’s phone and pawned 4 million VND.
On the morning of May 5, Mr. T. went to Dien Chau District Police to report the incident in which his brother, Vu Le Tuan, took his motorbike and mobile phone, worth a total of 45 million VND, and pawned them to play games. On the same day, Tuan turned himself in to the District Police and confessed to all his crimes./.
