Russian and Ukrainian foreign ministers discuss prisoner exchange in Donbass

The first meeting in a long time between the Foreign Ministers of Russia and Ukraine was held in Vienna, Austria within the framework of the OSCE Foreign Ministers' Council.

Earlier, Mr. Klimkin stated that he would try to meet with Mr. Lavrov to discuss the issue of citizens imprisoned in Donbass.
