Man buried under straw on the edge of the field
Five days after going missing, Mr. Hung's body was found buried under a layer of straw on the edge of a rice field in Hoa Vang district.
On the afternoon of May 12, Mr. Nguyen Van Tang - Head of Hoa Vang District Police (Da Nang City) said that he had arrested Nguyen Van Hiep and Nguyen Ba Tuan (residing in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District) to investigate the act of Murder.

According to initial information, Hiep and Tuan murdered Mr. Nguyen Van Hung (46 years old, residing in Hoa Ninh commune) on the evening of May 6. Afraid of being discovered, the two took the victim's body to bury.in a field in the commune, covered with straw.
On the evening of May 11, a group of cow herders discovered Mr. Hung's body and reported it to the authorities.People also denounced Hiep as a suspect. That same evening, the police arrested him, then arrested Tuan as an accomplice.
On the morning of May 12, the authorities completed the autopsy and handed over the body to Mr. Hung's family for funeral arrangements. The victim was unmarried and was living with his biological mother. After not seeing him return home for five days, his family searched everywhere before receiving information about the murder.
Police are investigating the cause of the incident.
