(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 5, the Social Insurance Agency and the Labor Federation of Yen Thanh District coordinated with the Yen Thanh Town Export Garment Factory to organize propaganda on the 2014 Social Insurance Law and dialogue with employees on the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies.

At the propaganda session, over 400 managers, workers and employees of the factory listened to the district Social Insurance officers introduce the basic contents of the 2014 Social Insurance Law, including 9 chapters and 125 articles.

In particular, focusing on 5 contents directly related to employees in resolving compulsory social insurance policies, including: sickness regime; maternity regime; occupational accident and disease regime; retirement regime and death regime.

In a sincere and open atmosphere, workers of Yen Thanh Export Garment Factory raised 14 questions related to the reality of social insurance and health insurance policies, which were specifically answered by the district social insurance agency, helping workers raise awareness of the viewpoints, guidelines and policies of the Party and State on social insurance and health insurance policies in the new situation.
