Previously, on the morning of April 1, Ms. Ho Thi Hien in Hamlet 1, Nam Son Commune, Do Luong District went to the office of the Linh Son Commune Police Department, Anh Son to report that she had picked up a wallet of a permanent resident of Linh Son Commune and asked the Commune Police to return it to the owner.
Accordingly, at around 6:00 p.m. on March 31, 2021, on her way home from work in the fields, Ms. Hien picked up a black wallet containing an ID card, a driver's license, a vehicle registration and related documents, under the name Tran Quoc Cuong, permanent resident of Linh Son commune, Anh Son, and VND 1,605,000 in cash.

The Linh Son Commune Police Department, Anh Son contacted the family of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong in hamlet 8, Linh Son commune to receive the lost wallet.
Due to an emergency, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong could not come. In the presence of Linh Son Commune Police, Ms. Ho Thi Hien returned all the documents and the money to Ms. Pham Thi Thuong, Mr. Cuong's wife.
