On the morning of September 30, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Head of the National Assembly delegation of the province, together with representatives of departments and branches, organized a flower and incense offering ceremony to commemorate comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of the birth of the Party's loyal female revolutionary soldier (September 30, 1910 - September 30, 2025).
