NBC 4 reported on the story of Esther Levy, who entered a Mexican restaurant in New York. Levy appeared at the cafe wearing a baseball cap with the words "Make America Great Again" on her head - Mr. Trump's main slogan.
According to Levy, after she and a friend had just placed their orders, the waiter came to the table and announced that the staff could not serve them, and asked them to leave the restaurant.
The restaurant's co-owner, she said, yelled at the couple, saying the restaurant did not serve Trump supporters.
A representative for the restaurant told a completely different story. The owner said the couple were drunk and rude to the staff. He admitted that he had mentioned the Trump hats, but denied that the incident was politically motivated.
