Military officer's house robbed on New Year's Eve
Thieves disabled the doors and cleaned out many valuables in the house when the homeowner went to a relative's house for a New Year's Eve party.

Cai Rang District Police, Can Tho City, on the 30th of Tet are chasing a thief at a military officer's house in a new urban area in the south of the city.
Two nights ago, while her army major husband was away on business, the 34-year-old woman and her daughter attended a New Year’s Eve party and stayed overnight at a relative’s house. Early the next morning, she rushed home after hearing that her house had been broken into.
At the scene, two main doors and windows of the house were broken into. The furniture inside was disturbed, 7 expensive phones and a laptop were missing.
Checking the neighbor's security camera, the police suspected that the thief broke into the house at 10pm on the 28th of Tet and left at 2am the next day.
