Lieutenant Tran Quang Bay - Traffic Police Team of Quynh Luu District Police said: During the process of handling the accident, the agency temporarily detained the Sirius RC motorbike with license plate 37B1-02737 driven by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trong (born in 1989, residing in Nam Tien hamlet, An Hoa commune, Quynh Luu) that caused the accident to investigate and clarify the incident.

During the interrogation, Mr. Trong said that this motorbike was bought from someone else and had no papers. According to the law, when a vehicle is in circulation or has an accident on the road, if it is found that it does not have papers, the police must temporarily detain it for investigation and clarification.

During the investigation, Quynh Luu District Police verified that the owner of the motorbike was Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan (born in 1993, residing in Nam Trung Commune, Nam Dan District, Nghe An). The motorbike was stolen while Mr. Tuan was parking outside the Internet cafe.

On the afternoon of April 12, the Traffic Police Team of Quynh Luu District Police returned the motorbike to Mr. Nguyen Van Le (father of Mr. Tuan - owner of the vehicle) according to the provisions of law.
