The broth for instant pho products is researched, tested and produced according to the flavors of famous delicious pho restaurants across Vietnam to create delicious pho products that suit the taste of Japanese people.
This is the first time that the traditional Vietnamese dish Pho, famous all over the world, has its own anniversary. April 4 was chosen because the number 4 in English sounds like “Pho” so it is easy for people to remember.
The ceremony took place on the weekend, right when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, attracting the special attention of tens of thousands of people from Osaka and neighboring cities. Many Vietnamese students and the Vietnamese community living in the Kansai region also attended to support the event./.
