Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Director of the Quy Chau District Culture and Sports Center said: The Quy Chau District Children's Football Team participating in the Nghe An Newspaper Cup this year was formed on the basis of gathering students from the district's gifted football class, and at the same time supplementing students who play football well and study well from elementary schools in the district.

The district's gifted class was established 3 years ago, providing basic skills training and football knowledge to children who are passionate about it.
