Mr. Hoang Van Phuc - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Lo Town said: "The goal of this competition is to honor good chefs, and is an opportunity for the locality to introduce and promote the specialties of Cua Lo cuisine. After the competition, we hope that the attractive and unique dishes of the coastal town will be spread to many tourists from all over the world. Each participating team will have to perform 2 parts including processing and presentation. In the processing part, each team will choose 2 unique and dedicated dishes to participate in the competition. Of which, at least 1 dish must be a specialty of Cua Lo.
