Attending the program were comrades: Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee: Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Nguyen Huu Lam - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission; Ho Phuc Hop - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Commission; Phan Duc Dong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission; Le Xuan Dai - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Also attending were 1,075 delegates, including secretaries and chairmen of the People's Committees of 21 districts, cities and towns and secretaries, chairmen of the People's Committees and chairmen of the People's Councils of 480 communes, wards and towns in the province. Representatives of a number of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

The play "His words, the words of the country" is staged with the continuation of true stories in the life and revolutionary career of the beloved President Ho Chi Minh. These are small, touching stories, full of humanity, bringing great meaning and great lessons.

This is also an art program staged in response to the Campaign "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example" which was awarded an award by the Central Propaganda Department for excellent art work and performed to serve people across the country.

Along with the meeting program, this is also an opportunity for delegates throughout the province to meet, exchange, and receive messages about love for the homeland and country and the messages and wishes of Uncle Ho - the beloved father of the nation, who devoted his entire life to the cause of fighting for national independence and building the country.

The content of the play helped delegates have the opportunity to reflect on themselves, strengthen their confidence, raise awareness, political capacity, sense of responsibility to serve the Fatherland and the people, create high determination in the entire political system, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress.
