A group of teenagers threw beer bottles at passersby for no reason.
A group of aggressive teenagers gathered together to fight with their opponents, but then beat a passerby to death for no reason.
On the afternoon of September 25, a leader of the Ha Dong District Police, Hanoi, said that they had temporarily detained 8 subjects: Tran A. Nh., Nguyen C. Ch., Nguyen D. X., Nguyen CH D., Nguyen VQ, Le TMQ, Nguyen VQ, Nguyen VM to clarify the act of "Disturbing public order".
In addition, the subjects Dao AT, Nguyen D. D., and Vu GH were not old enough to be held criminally responsible, so the police handed them over to their families and local authorities for management and education.
Previously, on the night of September 21 and early morning of September 22, Ha Dong District Police received a report that in Mo Lao Ward, a group of teenagers were traveling on motorbikes with their license plates removed, carrying weapons such as knives, iron pipes, beer bottles... speeding, weaving, shouting, and honking, causing disorder.

Not only that, when this group encountered passersby, even though they did not know each other and had no conflict, they still recklessly threw bottles at people, causing injuries.
Upon receiving the information, the police promptly arrived at the scene, coordinated with relevant agencies to investigate and arrest the group of suspects.
By September 24, the police had arrested 14 related subjects.
Initial investigation results determined that on September 21, Dao TA, via social media messages, "cursed" with an unknown person with the Facebook name "Na Tra" and made an appointment to meet that evening to fight in Hoang Mai district.
After making an appointment with “Na Tra”, Dao TA sent a message to the “Tre 7.0” group on social media, inviting the members of the group to meet at an empty lot in Thanh Ha urban area, Cu Khe commune, Thanh Oai, to go find and beat up the “Na Tra” group, and the whole group agreed.
At exactly “G hour”, the group of subjects departed from Chuc Son town, Chuong My district, prepared 2 crates of beer bottles and gathered at Thanh Ha urban area, Thanh Oai district, then traveled on 10 motorbikes, carrying weapons.
The subjects drove motorbikes through many routes and during this process, they had behaviors that disturbed public order such as speeding, weaving, swerving, shouting, honking, raising weapons to the sky to show off their power...
Because they could not find the "Na Tra" group, when they met passersby and saw someone they suspected was in the "Na Tra" group, they immediately threw beer bottles at that person and ran away.
Ha Dong District Police determined that at around 0:15 on September 22, when the group reached Nguyen Van Loc Street in Mo Lao Ward, Ha Dong District, Tran AN threw a beer bottle that hit Mr. HBC (born in 1995, in Mo Lao Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi) who was driving a motorbike in the opposite direction, causing the victim to be injured and had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment.
