Airports with the best service quality in the world
(Baonghean.vn) - Incheon (Korea) and Changi (Singapore) are the two airports that have just received the 2015 Airline Service Quality Awards (ASQ Awards) for welcoming more than 40 million passengers last year. This is also the 5th consecutive year that Changi Airport has won this prestigious award.

The ASQ Awards are presented by the Montreal-based Airports Council International, based on votes from more than 550,000 passengers at more than 300 airports across 80 countries worldwide.
Passenger satisfaction is assessed based on 34 key service indicators, including airport access, check-in procedures, security, infrastructure, food, beverage and other retail services available at the airport.

This year, the ASQ awards added a new category for the best airports by Size and Region. London Heathrow (UK) won this category in the European region.
