Prepare the best plans to organize the first Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committees, term 2025 - 2030 in mid-August 2025

The conference listened to and commented on the following contents: Draft 3 of the Political Report, Draft 2 of the Review Report of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, Draft 1 of the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030. Draft of the Congress Program, Estimated budget for organizing the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030. Personnel plan for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, Personnel plan for delegates to the 20th Congress of Delegates of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, Personnel plan for the Inspection Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. Plan to announce propaganda, celebration, reportage, slideshow, art performance to welcome the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. Program of activities for the last 6 months of 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee's Delegation. Financial report of the Party Committee for the first 6 months of 2025 and some contents related to personnel work under the authority of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee.

After listening to representatives of the Congress Subcommittees, specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee in presenting the draft contents and comments on the discussion, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies concluded:Basically agree with the content of the drafts and highly appreciate the proactiveness and quality preparation of the specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee and the Congress Subcommittees. The Conference Chair requested to pay attention to the following contents:

Regarding the 3rd Draft Political Report submitted to the Congress: Basically agree on the layout, structure and content. Suggest further study of the Congress theme, concretizing the 4 Central Committee's pillar resolutions (Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW; Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW) into tasks, solutions and targets to be implemented in the 2025 - 2030 term.
For the 2nd Draft of the Review Report of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, it is recommended to re-edit it to be concise and succinct.
The Party Secretary agreed on a number of contents regarding the time and venue for the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030: From August 14 - 15, 2025, at Hall A1 - Nghe An Guest House; the number of official delegates attending the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030 is 198 delegates; the number of invited delegates is not more than 20% of the official delegates, about 40 delegates; agreed on the contents regarding the draft program, propaganda plan, Congress celebration, budget estimate for organizing the Congress and the program of activities for the last 6 months of 2025 of the Provincial Party Agencies Delegation.

Regarding the contents serving the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to approve the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committees, term 2025 - 2030, he requested the Congress Subcommittees to absorb the comments of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to carefully prepare the contents according to the instructions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, focusing on completing the contents related to the Congress documents, the Personnel Project of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; the Party Committee Inspection Committee, the Chairman, the Vice Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee for the term 2025 - 2030; the Personnel Project of Delegates to attend the 20th Congress of Delegates of Nghe An Province, term 2025 - 2030.
Propose that the Congress Subcommittees and specialized agencies advise and assist the Party Committee in absorbing comments and suggestions, completing the drafts to submit to the Party Committee Standing Committee on July 20, 2025, and at the same time, well prepare the contents to serve the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in approving the contents and personnel of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030.
At the Conference, the Party Committee Standing Committee carried out the process of introducing personnel for re-election to the Party Executive Committee, the Party Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term and gave opinions and comments on the recommended personnel for election, transfer, and consultation to hold leadership and management positions for comrades under its authority.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Chairman of the Conference requested: Focus on directing the congresses of Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees and the congresses of grassroots Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies for the following units: Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee of Nghe An Province, Provincial People's Court Party Committee, Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee, Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television Party Committee; organize to collect comments from the grassroots on the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. Carefully prepare the quality of the contents to successfully organize the 1st Congress of Provincial Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030, and at the same time well perform the tasks assigned by the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
