Being introduced as a candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016 - 2021 term, I consider this to be both an honor and a heavy responsibility before the voters and people of my district; but with the experience of a re-elected delegate and responsibility before the people, I will try my best to fulfill my duties.

If re-elected, I will focus on the following:

Firstly: As a delegate of the Provincial People's Council, I will continue to pay attention to participating in giving opinions and recommendations on policy development, especially policies on agricultural and forestry development, policies for ethnic minorities in Que Phong district, contributing to promoting the economy of the district as well as the Western region of the province.

Second: Actively participate in the decision-making and supervision functions of the People's Council, especially the policy mechanisms for mountainous and ethnic people, and fulfill the responsibilities of a People's Council delegate to contribute to protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people.

Pay attention to solutions to improve the quality of education, career guidance, vocational training; the quality of medical examination and treatment for the people; solutions to solve food hygiene and safety issues, environmental protection; social security policies, policies for people with meritorious services, hunger eradication and poverty reduction...

Third: In my capacity as Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Council, I will work with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Que Phong District People's Council to propose policies on socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security. Building the Party and the political system in a realistic manner, suitable to local conditions.

In particular, policies on the development of agriculture, forestry, small-scale industry and services are proposed to increase people's income and promote the strengths of the district's natural conditions. Gradually and successfully implement the goal of sustainable poverty reduction according to the Resolution of the 21st Que Phong District Party Congress.

Fourth: Well perform the role of a bridge between voters and Party committees and authorities at all levels, well perform the duties of elected representatives in meeting voters and citizens, thereby clearly understanding and synthesizing the legitimate opinions and aspirations of voters and people sent to competent levels and sectors for consideration and resolution, at the same time urging resolution and responding to voters on the results of resolution according to regulations.

Fifth: Innovate the leadership style and conduct of the meetings of the District People's Council in the direction of increasing discussion and questioning to clarify responsibilities for existing problems, difficulties and obstacles at the grassroots level and propose timely and effective solutions. Conduct meetings scientifically, focus the collective intelligence of the People's Council delegates to issue quality and effective resolutions.

Continuously practice political qualities, ethics and lifestyle; study, improve qualifications, complete tasks in their positions and fulfill the responsibilities of People's Council delegates. Direct People's Council delegates in the whole district to promote their roles and responsibilities, fulfill their duties as delegates, truly represent voters, and create trust among the people.
