Anh Son farmers overcome the consequences of tornado
(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the impact of the tornado that occurred from 9:00 p.m. on April 9 to 1:00 a.m. on April 10, damaging 300 hectares of spring corn mainly in the communes of Hoi Son, Tam Son, Duc Son and Cam Son, farmers in Anh Son are working in the fields to overcome the consequences and stabilize production.
According to preliminary statistics, the above tornado destroyed nearly 300 hectares of spring corn in Anh Son district, concentrated in Hoi Son, Tam Son, Duc Son and Cam Son communes, of which Tam Son suffered 210 hectares of damage, Cam Son 10.6 hectares, Hoi Son 53 hectares and Duc Son 25 hectares.
The area lost over 70% is 83.5 hectares in Tam Son commune 40 hectares, Hoi Son commune 45.3 hectares.
