Since the morning of October 29, all preschool students in Nam Dan district and some primary and secondary schools in the district have also had their students off school. In the area, communes such as Nam Anh, Nam Xuan, and Tan - Thuong - Loc have begun to experience local flooding. Mr. Le Trung Son - Head of the district's Department of Education and Training said: Currently, there is very heavy rain in Nam Dan district and there is a possibility of flooding. In the immediate future, the department will direct schools to monitor the actual situation and will notify parents before 6am tomorrow if they have to take a day off.
