It is the way of working only for the sake of friendship and relationships that has caused society to lose faith in the leadership team, especially the young generation of leaders. When reading the decision to appoint a young cadre to a leadership position, people do not care about whether that person has made any outstanding contributions to the profession, how he or she was trained... but only need to know "Whose child is that?" If that person is the child of an official, it is natural, but if that person is the child of a citizen, there is a bit of admiration, but still doubts about what it takes to "become successful".

If we seriously examine, there is not only one Nguyen Xuan Anh, one Le Phuoc Hoai Bao or one hot girl Thanh Hoa... but there are many officials at all levels who have not been exposed yet.
