Mr. Tran Van Huong: Support farmers in production, business, and legitimate enrichment

(Baonghean) - Mr. Tran Van Huong - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association; candidate for Provincial People's Council delegate in constituency No. 23, Nam Dan district.

I am honored to be nominated as a candidate for the Provincial People's Council for the 2016 - 2021 term. If elected, I will strive to fulfill my duties as a Provincial People's Council delegate and fulfill my assigned duties, with my specific action plan as follows:

Firstly: Uphold the sense of responsibility, regularly contact and closely connect with voters, and at the same time, through the Farmers' Association organization system at all levels, fully grasp the aspirations and recommendations of voters, participate and propose to People's Councils at all levels to make decisions, policies and measures to resolve issues of concern to voters in accordance with the law, in order to protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people.

Second: Actively advise and proactively participate in social supervision and criticism according to regulations; collect multi-dimensional information, honestly and fully reflect to the Provincial People's Council, all levels and sectors on issues that are still inadequate and cause public concern, especially the policies and regimes that the people enjoy, and request competent authorities to promptly consider and resolve them and closely monitor their resolution. Actively participate in the fight against corruption, waste and acts that cause harassment and inconvenience to the people.

Third: Research and propose to the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee to continue to have mechanisms and policies to support and encourage farmers in areas such as: Vocational training, transfer of science and technology, job creation for rural workers, support for investment capital to build and replicate production models to develop the economy for high income, linked to product consumption for farmers. Direct Farmers' Associations at all levels to propagate and mobilize farmers to actively participate in building new rural areas; produce, trade and consume safe products, say no to dirty food; coordinate with credit enterprises to lend to farmers with deferred payment for seeds, fertilizers and other materials to ensure quality for effective production.

Fourth: Together with the elected provincial People's Council delegates in the constituency of Nam Dan district, study, give opinions and propose to the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee as well as the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee to make decisions, policies, and priority solutions to create conditions to promote potential, accelerate economic - cultural and social development, maintain national defense and security, and soon build Nam Dan into a model district as Uncle Ho wished.

Fifth: Continuously study to improve qualifications, awareness, and working capacity; practice and cultivate moral qualities and lifestyle according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology and morality; yourself and your family set an example in implementing the Party and State's guidelines, policies, and guidelines, and regulations of agencies and localities, and at the same time mobilize people to do the same.
