Here, the police caught 3 models selling sex for 18,000 - 30,000 USD to customers. At the same time, another detective team raided a luxury apartment building in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. At this apartment, the police arrested Luc Trieu Vy (27 years old, living in Da Nang City) who was directing a number of other actors and models to "serve" high-class customers.
Through investigation, the subjects initially confessed: One of the three girls caught selling sex at the 5-star hotel was introduced as a Vietnamese beauty queen abroad. These "beauties" had competed in many beauty contests. A few hours before, Luc Trieu Vy had contacted them and asked them to come here to "receive" rich businessmen for a weekend of fun for 18,000 - 30,000 USD.

The Criminal Police Department added: Through surveillance of the area, detectives discovered a suspicious network introducing models to tycoons in Ho Chi Minh City and many other provinces and cities, so they focused on verifying and monitoring the activities of the subjects.
However, the detective discovered that only a few of the girls in Vy's network were real models and actresses, the rest were branded by him to increase the price of prostitution for customers.
The subjects operate very secretly and frequently change their locations, making the monitoring process difficult. Therefore, officers and soldiers have to follow them day and night to grasp their methods and tricks in order to destroy them.
The police also initially determined that Vy also used a Facebook account called Luc Trieu Vy to make friends and contact many girls known as “hot girls”, models, and actresses living in Ho Chi Minh City. After a period of making friends, the subject would introduce and broker prostitution.
Currently, the Criminal Police Department and Ho Chi Minh City Police are investigating and expanding the case.
