Fined 6 million VND for group of young men who did not wear helmets while taking the bride home
(Baonghean.vn) - Dien Chau District Police fined a group of young men participating in the wedding procession 6 million VND for riding motorbikes without helmets and lining up on National Highway 1.
The decision to administratively fine a group of young people 6 million VND for not wearing helmets, riding in a row, and not having a driver's license while driving a motorbike.
Previously, on the afternoon of November 17, Dien Chau District Police summoned a group of young men including: Tran Dinh Luyen, Nguyen Van Tuan, Tran Van Do, Nguyen Huu Dung (all residing in Dien Bich Commune, Dien Chau) and Phan Thanh Canh (residing in Dien Thanh Commune, Dien Chau). However, only Luyen, Tuan and Do came according to the summons.

The police determined that Luyen was driving a motorbike without a helmet. Tuan, Do, Canh and Dung were driving motorbikes without helmets, in a row on the road and without a driver's license.
Previously, on November 13, a video clip of over 1 minute long appeared on Facebook, recording a group of young men riding motorbikes to pick up a bride on National Highway 1A, through Dien Ngoc Commune (Dien Chau). The group of young men did not wear helmets, and drove in rows of 3 or 4, obstructing other vehicles.
In recent times, Dien Chau Police have implemented many solutions such as filming, patrolling and fined 4 groups of young people who swerved, weaved, and lined up on National Highway 1 nearly 70 million VND.
