(Baonghean.vn) - Hoang Mai Town Police have consecutively discovered two cases of students illegally making firecrackers in the area.
On the evening of December 17, while patrolling in Quynh Lap commune, Hoang Mai Town Police discovered a group of students (13-14 years old) usingfirecracker. Through inspection, 38 homemade fireworks were seized.

According to the students, taking advantage of online learning, they used mobile devices for the wrong purposes, created groups on social networks to invite people to make fireworks following instructions on social networks.
Previously, at 9:00 p.m. on December 16, Mai Hung Ward Police, Hoang Mai Town, while on patrol, discovered 3 teenagers aged 13-15, residing in Than Ai Block, Quynh Phuong Ward, setting off fireworks in Tien Phong Residential Group, Mai Hung Ward.
Immediately afterwards, the ward police made a record of the incident, coordinated with Quynh Phuong ward police to search the subjects' homes and seized 0.8 kg of precursors for making firecrackers.
Currently, the two above cases are being handled by the authorities in accordance with the provisions of law./.
