Nearly 8 ownerless wooden blocks discovered on mountainside
(Baonghean.vn) - Authorities discovered an estimated volume of wood of over 8 cubic meters, mainly teak wood gathered in the mountainous area bordering Bai Lim village, Phuc Son commune and Bai Gao old area, Hoi Son commune, Anh Son district.
On January 13, we received information from the people that in the area of Bai Lim, Bai Da, Phuc Son commune (Anh Son), there were subjects illegally exploiting and storing forest products.
After receiving the report, the Investigation Team of Anh Son District Police conducted an investigation. At 9:00 a.m. on January 13, they discovered a quantity of wood estimated at over 8 cubic meters in the mountainous area bordering Bai Lim village, Phuc Son commune (Anh Son) and Bai Gao old area, Hoi Son commune (Anh Son), mainly teak wood.

The authorities have coordinated with relevant units to make a record of the temporary seizure of the above forest products, and at the same time issued a notice to inform the people with the following content: Whoever owns the above forest products must come to the Anh Son District Police Department to present relevant documents and procedures, proving that the above forest products are theirs.
Up to this point, no group or individual has come forward to receive the above forest products.
Currently, the Anh Son District Police Investigation Agency is preparing a case file to handle according to the provisions of law.
