Detecting the transportation of 45 kg of fresh opium in the border area
(Baonghean.vn) - Tri Le Border Guard Station has just discovered and arrested 2 cases/2 subjects for illegally transporting a total of 45 kg of fresh opium poppy fruit in the border area.
At 9:30 p.m. on March 5, at Tam Hop village, Tri Le commune, Que Phong district, Tri Le Border Guard Station discovered and caught Vu Ba Cha, born in 1998, residing at the above address, illegally transporting drugs.

At the scene, detectives seized 23kg of opium. Then, at 10pm on March 5, at Na Nieng village, Tri Le commune, the crime prevention force of Tri Le Border Guard Station discovered and caught Tho Bo Tru, born in 1992, residing in Tam Hop village, Tri Le commune, in the act of transporting 22kg of opium.
It is known that fresh opium fruit is used to make wine and has a very high price on the market. Buying, storing, and transporting this fruit violates the crime of buying, storing, and transporting illegal drugs.

Currently, Tri Le Border Guard Station has decided to prosecute the case, complete the file and hand over the two cases to Que Phong District Police for handling according to the provisions of law./.
