Discovered a vehicle carrying 175kg of rotten meat used to cook a wedding feast

A large quantity of various types of rotten meat transported on a passenger bus has just been discovered and seized by authorities.

At around 5:00 a.m. on May 11, while checking vehicles in the Sao Mai Pass area (Hoa Binh commune, Kon Tum city), Traffic Police Team No. 2 - Kon Tum Provincial Traffic Police Department discovered a passenger bus carrying 175 kg of ostrich meat, goat meat, beef, and pork with a foul odor contained in Styrofoam boxes.

When questioned by authorities about the destination of the rotten meat, driver Truong Thanh Tong (47 years old, group 2, Nguyen Trai ward, Kon Tum city) confessed that he was hired to drive for a restaurant in Kon Tum city to cook at a wedding.

In addition, the driver was also unable to produce legal documents. The case is currently under investigation./.
