In the spirit of frankness and democracy, the Standing Committee of Do Luong District Party Committee has seriously reviewed self-criticism and criticism, in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure), focusing on analyzing and clarifying the advantages, disadvantages, and causes in the leadership activities to carry out political, socio-economic, national defense and security tasks in association with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure), including signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and signs of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.

After the collective review, the conference reviewed each member of the District Party Committee. In the spirit of frankness, constructiveness, democracy and openness, each member received comments from the members of the District Party Committee Standing Committee, thereby successfully performing the assigned tasks, contributing to building the Do Luong District Party Committee to be increasingly strong and comprehensive.
In 2016, the Standing Committee of Do Luong District Party Committee focused on directing the implementation of solutions to improve leadership capacity, fighting strength, political core role of party organizations, and responsibility of cadres and party members associated with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee.
With the efforts of the entire political system, all cadres, party members and people to overcome difficulties, Do Luong district has achieved many important results in all fields. The growth rate reached 11.6%, the total production value reached 11,900 billion VND.
In 2016, the Do Luong District Party Committee focused on successfully directing the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2016-2021 term.
Regarding Party building, we have done well in political and ideological work, propaganda work, and implementation of directives and resolutions at all levels. We have promoted the training of cadres, organization, inspection and supervision, propaganda, mass mobilization, and taken care of training new sources of Party members.
As a result, 36/73 grassroots Party organizations achieved Clean and Strong status, 27/73 grassroots Party organizations completed their tasks well, many collectives and individuals were proposed to receive certificates of merit at all levels.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committee of Do Luong District Party Committee to focus on reviewing functions and tasks; solving existing problems; encouraging collectives and individuals to self-criticize; having solutions and plans to overcome identified degradations as soon as possible; creating a mechanism to monitor collectives and individuals to eliminate signs of degradation.
