Deputy Secretary of Xieng Khouang Provincial Party Committee congratulates new Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 26, the delegation of Xieng Khouang province (Laos) led by comrade U Then Ma Si Xon Xay - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and congratulated comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee on taking up the position of Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

Also attending were comrade Hoang Viet Duong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of provincial departments and offices.

Comrade U Then Ma Si Xon Xay, on behalf of the provincial leaders, reported on the socio-economic situation of Xieng Khouang province.

Congratulating comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh on his recent appointment as Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, the Deputy Secretary of Xieng Khouang Provincial Party Committee announced the success of the 10th National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, the Xieng Khouang Provincial Party Congress; the socio-economic development of Xieng Khouang province in particular and of the Lao PDR in general.

He also thanked the Party, State, Government of Vietnam as well as the leaders and people of Nghe An for the support that Xieng Khouang province has achieved today.

Deputy Secretary of Xieng Khouang Provincial Party Committee hopes that in his new position, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh will continue to pay attention and support Xieng Khouang province to fulfill the goals and resolutions set forth by the Xieng Khouang Provincial Party Congress.

On this occasion, the Deputy Secretary of the Xieng Khouang Provincial Party Committee respectfully invited the provincial leaders and the Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee personally to visit and work with the province.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh affirmed that he will continue to foster the friendship between Nghe An and Xieng Khouang with specific and practical actions, first of all, to soon complete the projects that Nghe An has committed to invest in.

On behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh thanked comrade U Then Ma Si Xon Xay and the leaders of Xieng Khouang province for their sentiments.

He affirmed that, on the basis of the friendly cooperation and close ties that have been built and nurtured, Nghe An will continue to pay attention to supporting Xieng Khouang province in comprehensive and practical socio-economic development.
